Remember, our valuation is based on the description that you provide, and if your online appraisal does not match our collection driver’s appraisal, we may adjust our offer accordingly. But don’t worry, this won’t hold things up, as the difference will either be deducted from the balance that we transfer into your bank account, or, if you have opted for a cheque on collection, we will ask you to pay the difference via a credit or debit card.
